Class Description

Yin FlowYin yoga involves sequences that go deep into the body's tissues. In this class, students will slowly flow through various poses and stretches.

Beginner Yoga:  The focus of this class is on proper alignment, modifications and basic yoga poses. In this class, students should walk away with a basic understanding of yoga and how it affects the body.

All Level Yoga:  A class where all students are welcome. The class will consist of stretching, moving through poses, core work and balance. Some poses will be more challenging than others but modifications will be available and beginners are always welcome!

Mindful Flow:  A slower paced class designed to bring students into the present moment, connecting with their mind and body while moving through poses.

Restorative Yoga:  Restorative yoga balances a fast lifestyle. It helps provide that physical and mental balance to prevent stress and anxiety, through the use of props that allow you to hold poses longer, giving you all the benefits of deep, passive stretching. Wrapping yourself in a blanket, using a bolster, or keeping your feet up on the wall can help ground and calm you. During a Restorative yoga sequence, you still stretch, but you relax fully in the stretch so that tension can slowly be released.

Vinyasa Flow:  Students move through various flows using their breath and the beat of the music to guide them.

Yin with Thai:  Slow sequences held for a longer period of time to get deep into the connective tissues. This class increases flexibility and circulation and includes Thai assists. Thai assists involve hands on adjustments and stretches.

Yoga Sculpt:  A yoga class designed to build and tone muscles. Small weights and resistance bands are sometimes used in class.

Bungee Fitness: Using a bungee cord attached to the ceiling, students can bounce, stretch and strengthen during this full body workout. Beginners are always welcome! *BRING TENNIS SHOES TO CLASS

Aerial Yoga: Aerial yoga combines the physical practice of yoga with elements of acrobatics through the use of a suspended hammock constructed out of the silk material. All Levels are welcome. 

PlyoFlow: A mix of Pilates, yoga and plyometrics, designed to get the heartrate up and tone your muscles. 

Gentle Yoga: Designed to revitalize the body, relax the mind and reduce stress, this slow-moving Yoga class synchronizes movement with breath for the perfect mind and body connection. Great for beginners and anyone wanting to restore their internal balance.
