Your Instructor

Angie has been practicing yoga for 9 years and other forms of exercise for over a decade. I have my 200 Hour Yoga Certification along with my Certification in Prenatal Yoga, Children’s Yoga, Aerial Yoga and Trauma Sensitive Yoga. In addition to Yoga, she is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and a NASM Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist. Angie is also certified in Thai Massage and have my master's degree in kinesiology.

Yoga gives me purpose and direction. Angie practices yoga because it helps her not only get to know her body but love her body. Yoga teaches Angie to be present and mindful which are two attitudes that she has become very passionate about. In addition to teaching and managing yoga studios, She spends a lot of time continuing her education by attending workshops and seeking new certifications.

As much as Angie loves yoga, she also loves other forms of exercise. She strongly believes that exercise can be healing in so many ways. Angie suffered for a long time from chronic pain due to herniated discs and exercise is what saved her from being bed ridden and living each day in pain. She loves helping others lead better, healthier lives and showing them that it is possible to feel good. We are all stronger than we think we are!
